Boucher & James, Inc. has been working on the most recent project for the Doylestown Hospital campus to address the increased demand for medical services. A heart institute addition is proposed to enhance an existing cardiac unit building, consolidating all cardiac services on the hospital campus to one location. Also, the construction of a two-story orthopedic office building and accompanying parking is proposed. This medical office building will include additional offices and accommodate rooms for rehabilitation services.

A parking feasibility study reviewing design parameters for the campus expansion was completed in the preliminary stages of the project to determine parking requirements. Once a parking design was chosen, drafting and survey services began for the campus expansion.

Land Development plans were recently submitted for review. The anticipated construction start of the heart institute addition and medical office building is summer of 2017.
